This section allows unregistered accounts to post. It's like the peanut gallery, essentially.

This thread was just Myke testing.

In theory this could be used for leaks, torrents of suppressed information, or links to data releases. It's hard to find places that don't have registration requirements, block VPNs, heavily moderate, or have other significant barriers to posting. People can do their deathbed confessions about working with aliens or whatever here. Will it get used for that? We'll see.

The bare essential content rules still apply as far as illegal or (really) unhinged content, so there really won't be anything here that isn't allowed in normal threads.
