A Charlie Kirk for the Left

DISCLAIMER: This isn't some personal revelation or conclusion about myself, but a farce. This thread is more along the lines of how anyone, even a conservative, could easily become the poster boy for the left, a liberal Charlie Kirk if you will.

With a little practice at giving speeches and live debate, anyone could be the Charlie Kirk for the left, even I could. As an old while male, I would be the opposite of a young handsome conservative and have the liberal democrat leader look. I just need to grow my hair longer, gain some more weight, and become less healthy. I wear glasses already; however, I may want to try a little makeup, it couldn't hurt. Below is a sample of a propaganda speech I worked up while going into a trance and channeling liberalism.


I could probably get some special interest groups to fund my tours, like Georgie Soros or some liberal PAC, or even intelligence agencies from the United States or other countries. Please don't make me out to be a liberal or even a sympathizer. I was just making a mockery of liberal rhetoric and slogans by regurgitating the words of the left.

Although this is parody, I do foresee the left trying to develop their version of Charlie Kirk. If it fails, they can knock him off in a false flag to pin it on Trump and the MAGA movement.

As far as I can tell your propaganda sample is fairly representative of the current belief system, without any hyperbole.

The reason it worked for Kirk is that he had actual foundation beliefs and principles to fall back on as the basis for those beliefs. He was also debating the most vapid and performative of the college lefty crowd. They were there because they had to bleat out their trite slogans to people that already heard them and remain unconvinced. People that have been indoctrinated with the idea that everything that happens in the world must be distilled into victim/oppressor metrics to determine who is right cannot debate a serious topic. The foundational beliefs of those people are not rational and can't be debated because the truth and facts change depending on who is speaking them. So they eventually have to resort to emotional outbursts, baseless insults, and shouting people down in the public square. It's easy to win debates on the general ideas of the left like supporting those in need, equality, and access to things that people need like housing. Since the people running the party aligned with liberalism don't actually care about or try to improve those things, nor have they presented a way to that it works, it's pretty hard to argue the nuts and bolts of how those things are sustainably achieved by leftist policy. They can't be achieved while trillions of dollars flow into NGOs with no performance requirements and nobody is held accountable. They can't be achieved while centralizing power and money in institutions that are not accountable for how they use it. It can't be achieved when the focus is on irrelevant social constructs that policy can't force on an unwilling population.

An intelligent liberal wouldn't try to debate Kirk in real time on their pet policies and the clips I've seen of his debates seem to indicate as much. Intelligent liberals seem to prefer ignoring anything except the idea cloud where real world vigor isn't applied and even the liberal thinkers seem to fall back on emotion when all else fails. I don't think an intelligent person will ignore obvious problems based on the political force behind them. The leftist activist cult depends on their membership mentally shutting down when contradictory information is presented or when their beliefs are shown to be incompatible with other beliefs they hold. The dumb ones don't see the flaws and will try to debate things they're incapable of prevailing on the merits of. These are the people that want everyone censored and constantly derail discussions with ad homs and emotional appeals that ignore the real world.

Often liberal activists don't even have a real argument. Increasingly, the left has adopted beliefs based on the drivel coming out of an academic discipline that relies on gerrymandering social science studies to get the results they have already decided to be true. The beliefs are also often derived from appealing to some corporate or institutional authority rather than examining information thoughtfully. They apply social pressures and demand dissent be censored in public spaces, then say "everyone agrees with us" and anything else is socially unacceptable to express. It's the same thing that was pulled with COVID vaccines. They forced as many people as they could to get a COVID shot, censored dissent to the agenda, and then used (and continue to use) those fale consensus and participation metrics to call anyone that disagree a threat to science, or anti-Semitic, or a right-wing extremist, or ignorant.

Oddly, the left will use consensus as the backbone of their arguments, but it is entirely contradictory to their underlying victim/oppressor hierarchy practiced at the ground level. Consensus about vaccines, consensus about climate change, consensus about what is right and wrong, is used to suggest it must be adopted as policy and forced on everyone whether they like it or now. In day to day activism the various minority outgroup's voices must be amplified and given weight no matter the merit of what those voices say. This seems to not be the case if one is not politically aligned with the activist left though or if one doesn't show enough reverence to the pantheon of sacred cows. In which case you are labeled a dangerous terrorist, or racist, or transphobic, or ignorant, or whatever. It's a mental circle jerk. It's an oppression Olympics where the winner is decided by who can claim the most points and everyone loses in the end, because it's not possible to build anything worthwhile in a world where truth and merit is determined by the identity demographics of the person attached to them. This is the opposite of what civil rights champions fought for. It's destructive and socially regressive.

The gender ideology cult pretty much can't win a debate and it always ends up resorting to telling anyone that disagrees that they're supporting a trans genocide and other histrionics about bigotry. Children are being brainwashed to believe that if they have confusion about gender or identity that they have to rely on drugs and surgery to lead a fulfilling life. They are simultaneously indoctrinated to believe that they are the only person that can define their identity, but also that they must demand constant validation from everything in the social and media environment. I have seen it stated time and time again that any opposition to any part of the sterilization pipeline is killing trans people. In reality most trans people die from self-inflicted injury or violence by another individual that they are socially involved with. I would argue it's gotten worse because the focus has been on drugs and surgical interventions rather than on psychological and behavioral therapy. Specifically, a focus should be on therapy that doesn't assume that any sequalae associated with gender dysphoria means a person is "transgendered" and must follow a gender affirming treatment pipeline.

Gender surgery frequently requires a lifetime of medical intervention and constant vigilance to prevent deadly complications. Real trans people, not those that use "fluidity" as a shield against criticism for their unmitigated personality disorders or a way to make their sex fetishes their 24/7 identity, have not uniformly benefitted from left wing gender cult activism. It's become a gobbledygook of whatever you want to believe as long as it fits the ideological rubric, with drag and trans being conflated, with intersex complications being conflated with people wanting purely cosmetic gender surgeries, and even with pedophilia being suggested as a valid sexual orientation that should be destigmatized as it is on par with being gay or having gender dysphoria. People that speak out about how the gender cult destroyed their lives are targeted and harassed. Pointing out that predators have infiltrated these groups that constantly lobby for greater access to vulnerable and at-risk children, with increasingly hysterical advocacy for that access to involve keeping secrets from guardians, gets you excommunicated. They make excuses for predators to protect the movement. Victims go from oppressed to oppressor just by no longer identifying as trans, some with lifelong injuries that will sadly result in suicide. Injured and rejected by their social circle, they have nowhere to turn.

By censoring those that disagreed the left has alienated their best thinkers and they will continue to rely on censorship and shouting down dissent. This just benefits corrupt people in power. Left wing activism appeals to people that have insecurities about fitting in and belonging, people that would prefer to feel good than do good, people that are too lazy to examine their beliefs and how those beliefs match the real world, and many that are just plain old sociopaths that can exploit the other vulnerable people in that movement. White women from the upper middle class and upper class society love to pile on in the US. They have nothing to show for spending their lives on materialism and seeking peer validation except for an addiction to the dopamine rush they get from LARPing as social justice warriors. Every suffering metric gets worse at an accelerating rate in cities run by these policies, but at least middle and upper class white women can feel virtuous. They can't walk the streets after dark and not at all in some places, but they can feel virtuous while carefully shaping their lives are avoiding the social decay that they advocated for. When all else fails they won't hesitate to use their financial and social privilege to move to a community that their toxic activism hasn't destroyed yet and they will abandon their "allies" in all but spirit.

It sure looks like the right is now gearing up to do many of the same things for their cause. Ironically, they're deciding to promote censorship while laying flowers at the grave of a man that stood for free speech and ultimately gave his life to the cause. Pretty messed up.

I have more liberal foundational beliefs than the alt-left does in practice. I also have more conservative foundational beliefs than the alt-right platform does in practice. I think a lot of people are probably in that boat, but many don't really even know where they really stand because the news entertainment media is just a stream of undisclosed advertising and sponsored political propaganda.
