I had to remove some bad code from your post, I think it may have been an attempted image paste, but was from a personal email. I removed it for your security.

To insert an image from the web, right click the image you wish to insert and 'copy image address', then, just select 'insert an image' and paste the address, selecting a size if you wish. Or, alternatively you can just go to the bottom of your post and 'upload an image', then, once uploaded, you will see an 'insert into post' button. It will insert wherever your cursor is at the time. Hope this helps!
